**Description**
- Vous êtes en mesure de mener des discussions stratégiques avec des personnes de niveau C (comité exécutif) afin de bien comprendre les besoins exacts de l'entreprise. En outre, vous pouvez évaluer si et comment (la modernisation des) Employee Benefits peut contribuer à une solution
- Vous pouvez analyser les régimes existants, les comparer et, si nécessaire, élaborer de nouvelles offres qui conviennent mieux au client. Ou qui permettent de réaliser des économies substantielles.
- Vous pouvez rédiger clairement les conclusions d'un processus de conseil dans une note destinée aux décideurs. Et, si nécessaire, les résumer dans une présentation.
- Vous suivez de manière autonome les trajectoires de conseil pour les prospects et les clients et assurez des instructions claires et un transfert de connaissances à vos collègues de soutien en cas de réalisation concrète.

**Profile**
- Vous connaissez l'assurance collective des travailleurs, le cadre juridique (WAP, loi Verwilgen, etc.) et vous vous sentez stimulé par les consultations au niveau C. Vous aimez mettre à jour votre expérience et votre expertise approfondie en matière d'Employee Benefits par le biais de formations ou de sujets d'actualité.
- Vous avez de solides compétences en matière de communication et pouvez résumer clairement des questions complexes. Les entretiens avec les parties prenantes de niveau C vous donnent de l'énergie. Vous préparez bien ces discussions et, si nécessaire, vous préparez une note de conseil ou une courte présentation.
- Faire des présentations aux employés ne vous rebute pas.
- La maîtrise du français est un atout majeur.
- Vous pouvez travailler couramment avec Excel.
- Une expérience avec Brio et les plateformes d'assurance est un plus.
