Hiervoor rekenen we vooral op de slimme koppen van onze ingenieurs, wiens taak het is deze projecten te ontwerpen en een stuk dichter bij de realiteit te brengen_
Ons “Business Development en Sales” team is op zoek naar een “Business Development en Tender Manager” om de groei van het “Buidings & Complexe Gebouwen” team in Vlaanderen te ondersteunen.
Je kiest vanuit welk kantoor u wenst te werken : Gent, Brussel of Hasselt.
**Wat kan je verwachten?**
Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ontwikkelen van ons netwerk en het coördineren van een team van ingenieurs om aanbestedingen voor gebouwen te winnen. Als je ervaring hebt in zowel business development als tenderprocessen, is dit een geweldige kans om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen in een innovatieve en duurzame omgeving.
**Functieomschrijving**:
- Lever commerciële voorstellen aan belangrijke klanten in de engineering en consultancy sector voor gebouwen en complexe structuren.
- Coördineer interne experts en externe partners tijdens aanbestedingen om winnende offertes te presenteren.
- Ontwikkel en onderhoud een relevant netwerk van externe partners en benader proactief potentiële klanten met technische oplossingen.
**Profiel**
- Masterdiploma als burgerlijk ingenieur of ingenieur-architect.
- Min. 3 jaar ervaring in de bouwkunde.
- Ervaring in business development en tendermanagement is een pluspunt.
- Passie voor duurzaamheid en het aanpakken van klimaatverandering.
- Tweetalig (Nederlands/Engels), kennis van Frans is een plus.
- Klantgericht en proactief in het opbouwen van professionele relaties.
- Teamspeler met een leergierige mindset.
- Gevorderde kennis van Microsoft Office, ervaring met CRM-tools zoals Salesforce is een pluspunt.
