**YOUR CHALLENGES**

As Process Manager, you bear ultimate responsibility for the standardization of your client’s operational and administrative processes.

What this means specifically:

- Analyzing the current processes and detecting optimizations so that the processes run more efficiently is something you can do better than anyone else
- You take the lead in the process improvement projects so that the project objectives are realized on time, within budget and as expected
- In addition, you transfer your know-how and acquired expertise about the new procedures and work rules to the operational stakeholders via training moments
- Finally, you strive to identify points of improvement around an optimal project approach - with long-term vision - and respect them to ensure a uniform project approach
