**Job Description**:
As a Business Architect for the digital enterprise you understand and get excited about the challenges of today’s enterprises running digital transformation programs. You get energy to guide enterprises to move away from traditional business models towards a more agile, scalable and omnichannel digital business. Having a clear focus on creating the best customer, employee and partner experiences on the one hand, and reaching high operational excellence on the other.

**Qualifications**:
**Your profile**
- You carry a skill’s backpack containing an extensive set of tools & methodologies like business model canvas/innovation techniques, design thinking approach, customer journey mapping; business process modelling and optimization,.. You have experience with modelling languages like BPMN, DMN and UML.
- You’re tech savvy, without necessarily being a tech expert. You understand the importance of technology, data, security and cloud platforms and how it can bring real business value to the table.
- You have a thorough understanding of layered IT solution architectures including typical building blocks like portals, apps & other digital products, ecommerce solutions, ERP, CRM, ESM, CDP and data products, Cloud/Saas platforms and ecosystem integrations through API’s.

- You are great in creating and sustaining trusted customer relationships
- You have excellent multi-level communication skills, written and oral, with both business & IT audiences
- You are able to handle complex and ambiguous contexts
- You are a team player with a positive and constructive mindset
- You have an entrepreneurial and pragmatic mindset
- You have a Master’s degree Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Economics, Informatics or equivalent through experience
- You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and have an excellent command of English
