**Function**:
To strengthen our Benelux/ Nordics Sales Team, we are looking for a:
Inside Sales and Sales Assistant

In the Benelux market, we are recognized as market leaders based on a long-standing partnership with more than 30 banks and financial institutions. We have the ambition to enlarge our footprint in the Benelux/ Nordics market; to support our growth strategy, we are reinforcing our SBS sales and marketing team.

Based in the Brussels office, your role consists of 2 main responsibilities:

- Sales assistant (50%): reporting to the Benelux/Nordics sales director, you will be the first point of contact for matters related to the Benelux/ Nordics sales organization and support the Benelux/Nordics sales/marketing team in its operational activities.
- Inside sales (50%): together with the BeLux sales team, you will be taking care of a limited number of existing customers in the handling of the ongoing contract engagements. In this sense, you will be the first commercial point of contact for these customers and ensure that the relevant items are properly treated with the SBS customer teams and responded in the expected timeframe.

Your tasks mainly consist in:

- Sales assistant: You will support the sales team in the different activities that are deployed:

- Agenda management and taking of internal meeting minutes;
- Organize travel arrangements;
- Support in the organization of events;
- Consolidate reporting required for HQ (based on Sales Force);
- Guidance of the sales team in internal process (buying process, admin management, etc);
- Inside sales:

- Ensure you understand the contractual engagements and deploy the customer governance accordingly
- Ensure that engagements with the customer are duly followed and pro-actively handled in order to achieve an optimal customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a smooth communication with as well the customer as internal stakeholders
- When new commercial tracks are initiated, coordinate with your colleague account manager and the bid team on the approach
- Together with the bid team, guide the sales process internally in order to achieve an optimal fit between customer needs and our solutions.
- Contribute to the team target by accomplishing relevant results;

**Profile**:

- You love to operate in a dynamic sales environment and have a common business understanding of technology;
- You are punctual, pro-active and eager to ensure smooth functioning of internal processes;
- You have 3 to 5 years experience in a customer servicing environment, and have a strong commercial drive for customer satisfaction;
- 3 years of experience in the banking or IT industry is an asset
- You understand complex sales cycles and are able to operate in larger customer teams;
- You have ideally experience in internal sales of core banking, payments or digital solutions;
- You possess good reporting and presentation skills;
- You are a team player and you are eager to take initiative;
- You are client-oriented and open to change;
- You are result-oriented and a quick learner;
- You have a high energy level and able to operate in an international environment;

**Languages**:
