Our Food & Beverage Service Team are sophisticated hosts with an instinctive ability to anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering a hospitality experience that goes above and beyond - creating memorable moments for our guests.

As Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be in charge of Meeting & Events Operations and you will join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do

Key Responsibilities:

- In charge of the administrative responsibilities of the kitchen, restaurant and bar and any other outlet involved with FB department.

Administrative tasks to include but not limited to:

- Team scheduling (hiring, extra organisation)
- Creation of SOPs
- Creation of food & drinks menus (in collaboration with the kitchen Chef and other parties)
- Procurement
- Stock inventory
- Reporting
- HACCP procedures implementation & follow up (reporting)
- Invoice reconciliation
- Implementation of brand standards
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to provide RHG outstanding guest service
- Foresee daily maintenance and cleanning of all FB areas and equipments
- Assist in controlling and analysing quality levels of products and service, guest satisfaction, merchandising and marketing, operating costs and HACCP due diligence.
- Establish and maintain effective employee relations
- Develop formal training plans and conduct on the job training sessions for Food & Beverage Department employees
- Attend and contribute to weekly Food & Beverage departmental meetings
- Inform the Food & Beverage Department on a daily basis of all relevant information on operational matters
- Oversee the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure highest quality at all time
- Give suggestions to the Operations Manager which will improve F&B profitability
- Ensure that all SOP’s (Standard Operations Procedures) are in place and compliance according to company’s guidelines
- Brings great support to the F&B Team and participates to the Operations (restaurant, kitchen & bar service)
- In charge of the operations-side of the Meeting & Events department.

Tasks to include but not limited to:

- Preparation of the meeting rooms/event according to the guest requests and SOP’s in place (set up, material, )
- Act as responsible and main contact as per instructions of function sheets
- Ensure that all guests’ requests have been met in a timely manner
- Ensure that meetings ‘timing is followed as per program
- Attend the weekly function sheets meeting
- Assist and provide outstanding service while generate revenue with additional products/service
- Ensure all working material and guest equipments are in good conditions

Requirements:

- YES I CAN Attitude and spirit
- Experience in hospitality / Food & Beverage Operations
- Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch
- ‘Switched on’ personality with an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character
- Hands-on approach with a passion for multi tasking
- Adaptability
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry and service
- Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork

- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
- Strong communication skills
