**A challenging position with significant growth potential**
As a Bionics Sales Representative, you will contribute in bringing the next generation bionic devices for improved quality of life to the people that need it the most. Our journey starts with a revolutionary new type of bionic ankle-foot prostheses, for which you will develop, manage and maintain all testing and technical sales activities and processes. You will as well contribute in developing from scratch the sales and operations department of the company.
As a Bionics Sales Representative, your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company's bionic products and maximise sales growth.
We are looking for:
- A competitive Sales Rep who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment;
- A Sales Rep that will act as the key link between our company, healthcare professionals and patients and aims at meeting sales targets.
- Someone that has a strong passion for technology, innovation and the human body, with experience and knowledge in biomechanics and anatomy.
- Someone reliable, precise and critical who enjoys close interaction with the users of our technology (prosthetists, rehabilitation doctors, patients, etc);
- Someone capable of both executing Sales Rep tasks (calling patients and prosthetists, organising trial sessions and campaigns, fitting our devices to patients, guiding the patient during usage of our devices, etc) as well as contributing to the high level (international) sales and operations strategy of the company.
**Responsibilities**
- Assess clients (patients & prosthetists) needs and present suitable promoted products.
- Develop, manage and maintain the (pre-)sales process by managing all technical aspects related to the patient fitting and testing.
- Convincing and onboarding patients, prosthetists, orthopaedic companies, and rehabilitation doctors to participate in use-case and clinical studies.
- Travelling to hospitals, clinics and orthopaedic companies to educate and sell the company's solutions to healthcare decision-makers.
- Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilising effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.
- Provide product information to both patients and healthcare professionals.
- Work with Marketing to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
- Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision making process.
- Monitor and analyse data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
- Keep detailed and accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback (CRM).
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data
- Together with the executive team, participating at defining the (international) sales and operations strategy, as well as its execution.
- Close collaboration with the R&D team to stimulate technical improvements based on user experience and feedback, close collaboration with the QA/RA team to ensure compliance to the Medical Device Regulation, and close collaboration with the Marketing team to deliver on the company's high level objectives.
**Description du profil
**Qualifications**
- Masters degree in Engineering, Science, Business Engineering or comparable education.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Experienced in complex sales (pharma / medical devices / etc).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, as well as the ability to work effectively in diverse teams involving multi-functional disciplines.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels and present complex and/or new ideas with clarity and simplicity.
- A desire to be part of a highly innovative company aiming at transforming the lives of people with impaired mobility, their families and society.
- Precise and accurate work.
- Outstanding people skills.
- Impeccable oral and written communication and presentation skills in English, French and Dutch.
- Strong prospecting and closing skills, as well as determination for sales.
