Pour notre nouvelle agence de Bruxelles, nous sommes à la recherche d’un Project Leader pour nous permettre de développer Outsourcing Solutions dans la région.
- Vous veillez à ce que l’équipe de project consultants soit toujours au complet. Pour atteindre cet objectif, vous faites preuve de créativité et mobilisez les différents canaux de recrutement à votre disposition comme les réseaux sociaux et sites internet, mais aussi votre propre réseau personnel.
- Vous savez créer le match parfait entre consultant et client. Vous permettez ainsi au consultant de mobiliser au mieux ses talents mais également au client de souffler à nouveau.
- Chez Bright Plus, c’est vous qui êtes à la tête de vos projets. Vous suivez donc vos projets de près et n’hésitez pas à les adapter si nécessaire.
- Qui a dit que planifier était difficile ? Vous adorez résoudre des puzzles et mettez tout en place pour que nos clients puissent compter sur un renfort rapide et efficace grâce à nos project consultants.
- Vous travaillez main dans la main avec votre équipe pour atteindre ensemble les meilleurs résultats possibles.

**Profil**
- Vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans une fonction commerciale ou liée aux RH.
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement le français et savez vous exprimer facilement en néerlandais et en anglais.
- Vous communiquez facilement et avec clarté.
- L’objectif semble difficilement atteignable ? Vous redoublez d’efforts pour l’atteindre malgré tout. Obtenir de bons résultats vous stimule.
