**JOUW UITDAGINGEN**
Als Operations Support zorg je ervoor dat zowel de bestaande én nieuwe samenwerkingen tussen externe klanten en onze operaties optimaal verlopen en dit door een goede voorbereiding, begeleiding en ondersteuning te bieden. Jij bent de spil in de operationele samenwerking tussen de interne en externe stakeholders.
**Wat doe je concreet?**
- Het optimaal beheren van de klantenrelatie - zowel operationeel, commercieel als financieel - teneinde de transparantie ten aanzien van de klant te verhogen. Een intense samenwerking met de klant zorgt ervoor dat je opportuniteiten weet te detecteren en je voeling krijgt met hun noden.
- Als projectleider neem jij de lead in de opvolging van verbeteringsprojecten bij nieuwe en bestaande klanten. Bij grootschalige projecten - geïnitieerd door engineering - neem je een ondersteunende rol. Als Operations Support fungeer je te allen tijde als centraal aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen en weet je alle partijen te informeren.
- Ook op financieel-administratief vlak staan jou een aantal uitdagingen te wachten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de analyse van de KPI’s, efficiëntie en kostenbesparende acties. Daarnaast sta je in voor het factureren van alle activiteiten die plaatsvinden binnen jouw scope. Je waakt erover dat alle werkzaamheden gefactureerd worden zodat een correcte betaling voor de geleverde prestaties kan plaatsvinden.
- Tot slot ondersteun je de Operations Manager, Business Unit Manager en Supervisor in hun dagelijkse operationele activiteiten.
