- Follow-up on technology evolutions in the access network, more specific the Docsis and PON domains to sustain capacity growth and improve the quality of experience for our client, a telecom leader in Belgium and wholesale customers. Design, scale and test the CCAP and OLT platforms inclusive Data, Video and Voice services or other features requested by the business.
- Conceptualize and document acceptance testing to support new products and services on the CCAP and OLT platforms and deliver the high
- and low-level design towards operational team.

**Skills**:

- TCP/IP (IPv4, IPv6)
- DOCSIS/EuroDOCSIS (1.x, 2.0, 3.0 and 3.1)
- CMTS- and CCAP-Systems
- Cable Modem
- Routingprotocols (BGP, ISIS etc.)
- DAA infrastructures and components
- Virtualization of CMTS and CCAP Infrastructures (vCMTS, vCCAP)

**Missions**:

- Follow up on feature request and bug fixes in cooperation with other engineering teams, operational teams and suppliers.
- Design, testing and implementation of new features and services resulting in high level and low level design documentation updates.
- Taking the lead in or support epics and stories
- Interaction with standards bodies, vendor community experts & industry peers
- Technology watch, continuous learning, knowledge sharing, team player
- Tier 3 support
