As a pricing administrator you will be located in our head office in Leuven and report to the Pricing Supervisor.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide support to the Pricing Analysts to ensure further development of profitable business in accordance with company operating policies.
- Responsible for setting up the price of Donaldson items, creation of price cards, linking customers to relevant price cards, etc.
- Assist in data preparation for the yearly price reviews and further follow-up of implementation into the system.
- Actively gather all relevant pricing and market intelligence into a centralized database.
- Keeping weekly/monthly reports up-to-date at all times and perform small ad-hoc analysis.
- Preparation of pricing newsletters (increased/decreased prices) for customers.
- Maintain training materials and internal operating procedures.

YOUR PROFILE:

- Higher education, preferably in business administration, economics or finance (or equivalent through experience).
- Strong in data administration, demonstrating accuracy and eye for detail.
- Fluent with MS Office (excel in particular), Database Management & ICT systems. Knowledge of Oracle R12 and BI is considered an asset.
- You are a self-starter, eager to come up with recommendations, well organized and a team player.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). French, German, Italian, Polish or other language skills are considered an asset.
