**Jouw taken**:

- Je geeft leiding aan een team van 2 personen, bestaande uit een Treasury Officer en een Back Officer Hedging.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse indekking van het metaalprijs
- en wisselkoersrisico (MWR) en het opvolgen van openstaande posities.
- Je bereidt voor, analyseert en interpreteert de impact van uitgevoerde hedges op het financiële resultaat en bepaalt het metaalresultaat.
- Je voert forward trades uit voor transactionele risico’s op metaal
- en FOREX-beuzen.
- Je begrijpt de opzet van wisselkoers-indekkingen en stelt rapportages op.
- Je analyseert en rapporteert maandelijks over de efficiëntie van de hedging.
- Je werkt samen met de Back Office Commercial om fixaties en niet-geleverde fixaties te optimaliseren en op te volgen.
- Je neemt deel aan projecten ter verbetering van de business analyse m.b.t. MWR, zowel commercieel als financieel, inclusief indekking, opvolging en rapportage van deze risico’s.
- Je communiceert metaalprijzen aan de commerciële afdeling op vraag (beursdagen LME).
- Je fungeert als back-up voor alle zaken gerelateerd aan cash management: Treasury, credit risk, cash forecasting, cash planning AR en opvolgen van ontvangsten, interest berekenen en credit management.
- Je begrijpt de energiemarkten, stelt dashboards op en neemt energieopvolging over.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je hebt mínimaal een Masterdiploma op economisch niveau en je hebt ten minste 4 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring in treasury/credit management.
- Je bent sterk in Excel en vlot in het bijleren van business software.
- Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring in een hedging omgeving (pluspunt).
- Je kan werken binnen de beleidslijnen en doelstellingen met de nodige zelfstandigheid.
- Je bent sterk in theoretische concepten en analyse.
