**YOUR ROLE**:

- You manage the comp & ben strategy and policies.
- You are responsible for HR reporting.
- You are responsible for optimizing grant
- s filing and an accurate follow-up of those files.
- You manage the personnel insurances.
- You are responsible for fleet management (cars and bicycles).

**PROFILE**:

- You have a relevant background in payroll and comp & ben.
- You have experience with different payroll and HRIS systems
- You have experience in fleet management in a larger organization.
- You have good knowledge of Belgian payroll and benefits.
- You work in a service-minded and precise way.
- You are fluent in Dutch.

**PRACTICAL**:

- Contract type: freelance
- Work regime: full-time or 80%
- Duration: 5 months as of Mid August
- Location: Mechelen
