The job
Als procesoperator bij Oleon ben je verantwoordelijk om het productieproces van A tot Z in goede banen te leiden:

- Je start je dag met een kort overleg. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een goede shiftoverdracht zodat je perfecte inschatting kan maken van de gebeurtenissen in de vorige shift.
- Daarna is je takenpakket afwisselend: het ene moment werk je als paneloperator, het andere moment als fieldoperator.
- Als fieldoperator voer je, na het overleg, controlerondes uit tussen onze installaties. Je voert hierbij metingen uit, je neemt stalen, je verpompt onze producten,Daarnaast maak je werkbonnen aan en voer je kleine technische verrichtingen uit.
- Als paneloperator werk je vanuit het hart van het proces. Parameters controleren en aanpassen, het proces opvolgen en bijsturen zodat je een kwalitatief eindproduct kan produceren.

Who are we looking for?

You'll succeed if:
We zoeken een collega die minstens een A2 diploma op zak heeft. Idealiter in een wetenschappelijke of technische richting. Maar bovenal een hands-on gerichte teamplayer met een sterk leervermogen en die bijdraagt tot werken in een veilige omgeving. Daarnaast zie jij enkel voordelen in het werken in een volcontinu ploegensysteem. Tenslotte zijn respect, durf en aandacht voor het milieu waarden die matchen met jouw persoonlijkheid.
