**What you'll do**:
**What you'll bring**:

- Master degree with 3-5 years experience in relevant scientific field (chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences,) or PhD with 0-3 years experience
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
- Possess relevant laboratory/technical/analytical, writing and computer skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and with virtual teams
- Ability to design studies and analyze scientific results
- Ability to draw relevant conclusions from lab data
- Ability to organize, objectively assess and clearly communicate complex information
- Ability to do presentations
- Appropriately prioritize assignments to meet project schedules
- Devoted to ensuring high quality and being attentive to even the smallest of details.
- Demonstrate flexibility
- Demonstrate leadership
- Self-motivated and take personal accountability for getting the job done
- Experience in working in global cross-functional teams and project management is a plus
