**Function**:
To support the growth of TML Ghent, we are looking for a Functional Analyst.

In this position you will be the link between our business and IT operations.
- Some of your tasks include:_
- You talk and think with internal and external customers and translate business requirements into IT functional analysis.
- You are the bridge between our business and the IT department and check achievability and expectations.
- You will be communicating with our various departments to identify needs and problems. In consultation with our IT department, you then formulate actions.
- Drafting and formalising technical documentation hold no secrets for you.
- Coordinating with the software development team on the IT technical feasibility of your analyses
- Testing & validating software releases
- You are a true IT ambassador and look forward to lifting our IT department and services to a higher level.
- You are always looking for the optimal IT solution

- You have at least 4 years of verifiable experience in a functional analyst role.
- Preferably you were a software developer in a previous life and you are up-to-date with what is going on within the IT world.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably in IT) or equivalent with proven experience.
- You highly value structure & quality.
- You are communicative to consult with different internal customers.
- Have you already worked with a software team? Then you already have an advantage.
- You are eager to learn and keep up with new developments in the IT landscape.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a strong plus.
- First experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Nearshore development is a plus.
- Strong interest in the fascinating world of logistics.
- You are a real people manager.
