Bruker Belgium focust zich specifiek op de ontwikkeling van de MicroCT-scanner. Deze machine ontwikkelt röntgenbeelden in 3D, op kleine schaal en met een sterk verhoogde resolutie. Binnen de recent vernieuwde kantoren in Kontich vestigen zich verschillende teams: Assembly, R&D en productie.

**De functie**:
Nadat het assembly team de MircoCT-scanners volledig handmatig heeft uitgebouwd, is het team van Test Field Engineers verantwoordelijk voor het aanzetten van de stralingsbron en uitvoeren van Factory Acceptance tests op de machines alvorens ze aan de klant bezorgd worden. Als Team Lead volg je de testing fase proactief op en ondersteun je bij technische problemen.
- Je plant en voert tests, testscans en kallibraties uit op verschillende types van MircoCT-scanners. Bijkomend coördineer je de lopende en geplande testprocedures van de MicroCT-scanners zodat ze tijdig geleverd kunnen worden.
- Je stuurt het Test Field Team aan en biedt hen ondersteuning bij technisch complexe problemen.
- Wanneer de tests wijzen op een probleem zorg je enerzijds voor een correcte rapportering van de resultaten. Anderzijds faciliteer een vlotte samenwerking tussen het test field team en assembly team om tot een duurzame oplossing te komen.
- Je neemt de leiding over diverse projecten die verband houden met het test field.
- Je draagt bij aan de continue verbetering van de productie van de MicroCT-scanners door proactief te reageren op terugkerende afwijkingen.
- Daarnaast bevorder je een kwaliteits
- en klantgerichte cultuur door nauw samen te werken met andere afdelingen waaronder productie, R&D en customer service.

**De ideale kandidaat**:

- Heeft minstens een bachelor diploma in een technische richting (elektromechanica, elektronica, )
- Bouwde enkele jaren ervaring op binnen een technische omgeving
- Haalt voldoening uit oplossingsgericht nadenken over mogelijke verbeteringen in het proces
- Hecht belang aan veiligheid en efficiëntie
- Kan zowel mondeling als schriftelijk vlot communiceren in het Nederlands
