**Job Description**:
**Your mission?** **
As Head of Cloud Native, you will be at the heart of our infrastructure & data strategy. You’ll define how it should be structured and help our clients make decisions that are data-driven. Alongside Niels, our CTO, you will sync with the customer and define what can be done with the current infrastructure they have and how it can be used to tackle different business challenges. You will be constantly supported by one of our PM’s in order to deliver best in class solutions in the emerging cloud market. You will be supported by the Infra Tribe that is full of fellow engineers with a can-do mentality. Amongst your colleagues, you will be the leading example in terms of the deployment and release process. You will be creating and automating CI/CD solutions to help the team iterate at a high pace. You will also be responsible for setting DevOps standards for the team. You will take active part in the QA/testing process and work with our team to deliver a fixing solution. And last but not least, you will manage a team of 6 extremely gifted cloud native ninjas.
**Qualifications**:
**Required to have?**
- You have experience in DevOps in your past position with a cloud provider
- You have strong coding experience
- Furthermore, you have experience automating code development into operations using continuous integration and continuous deployment tools.
- You are experienced with tools like Git, Jira, Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Gitlab CI, Spinnaker and Terraform are preferred.
- You are familiar with Agile & Scrum methodologies
- You are not afraid to interact with senior management & customers
- You will be a ‘role model’ for the more junior people in the team
- You speak excellent English and preferably French or Dutch
