**Full-time / Part-time - Leuven**

Als **Senior Beauty Expert** vervul je een belangrijke en veelzijdige rol in onze store. Met jouw expertise bied je professioneel en passend advies. Ook kun je onze beauty producten op deskundige wijze verkopen. Je weet klanten langdurig aan ons te binden. Zo halen we samen onze omzetdoelen. Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan dat, want als senior ben je een waar voorbeeld voor je collega’s

- Je weet jouw kennis en enthousiasme aan het team over te brengen;
- Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij het behalen van de resultaten in de store samen met jullie team;
- Rustig of druk: je bent altijd bezig om de klantgerichtheid te verbeteren;
- Je zet je non-stop in om iedere klant een totaalbeleving bij Douglas te geven;
- Je bent commercieel sterk en werkt actief met onze wisselende marketingactiviteiten (zo schakel je makkelijk tussen verkoop en andere ondersteunende taken);

- Je bent toegewijd, initiatiefrijk en klantvriendelijk;
- Je bent enthousiast en hebt een verzorgde, representatieve uitstraling;

- en vakkennis op het gebied van parfum, skincare, make-up en haircare;
- Je hebt al enkele jaren aantoonbare werkervaring in de cosmeticabranche;
- Je bent flexibel inzetbaar (o.a. in de avonden en weekenden), want onze stores hanteren ruime openingstijden om onze klanten zo goed mogelijk van dienst te kunnen zijn.
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse (Vlaamse) en bij voorkeur ook de Franse taal.
