As a Senior Manager, **Products** **Help Centre**, you are part of the Alight Worklife for payroll products team and responsible for the creation, improvement and maintenance of the Help Centre content for all solutions part of the Alight Worklife for payroll platform in collaboration with its respective product managers and/or process owners. Your duties also include creating awareness of its content within Alight and its clients.

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Own the design of the Help Centre engaging look and feel and content architecture
- Own the development of the latest industry documentation best practices for all types of content present on the Help Centre
- Own the development of the Help Centre editorial calendar in alignment with the products release calendar and ensure timely delivery of the content by its assigned content owners
- Own the design of users engagement metrics and interpreting these metrics to identify and implement areas of improvement
- Own periodic quality reviews of the Help Centre content and work with the assigned content owners to resolve any issues identified
- Stay up-to-date with latest industry documentation best practices and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
- Educate internal and external stakeholders on our Help Centre capabilities
- Contribute to any project across the products organization when needed

Manage Team:

- Increase the quality of the team by good recruitment, training, development and by effective coaching and feedback
- Ensure appraisals and professional development of staff are effectively maintained and adhered to by using the appropriate tools
- Establish governance by discussing regularly updates, risks and issues in order to properly address those as a team

Required Skills for this position:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Proven work experience as a content manager
- Proven knowledge on industry content documentation best practices
- 8+ years of operational experience within the requested domain expertise
- 4+ years of experience in operations outsourcing experience
- PC Literacy - Word, Excel and Power Point, MS Visio and/or other Process Flow software (advanced level), Madcap publishing software and basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
- Superior language proficiency in English
- Systematic approach to problem solving with a desire to create a better future for our associates and clients (design thinking)
- Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong analytics skills
- Client and quality focused
- Ability to negotiate skilfully to achieve the right outcome for all parties including management, senior leaders and customers
- Ability to collaborate and work in a global team environment across different geographies (teamwork) as well as to work independently and make sound decisions
- Financial analysis, analytical and budgetary skills
- Excellent people management and strong leadership skills
