Voor onze klant, een studiebureau gespecialiseerd in restauratie en monumenten zorg zijn wij op zoek naar een Architect.
Ben jij de Architect die wij zoeken?
Hieronder een greep uit het takenpakket:
- Je staat in voor de werfopvolging van restauratiedossiers.
- Je staat in voor de opvolging van schetsontwerp tot en met de oplevering van de werken.
- Je communiceert en coördineert in samenspraak met het team.
- Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over het project.
- Je communiceert met onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers.
- Je staat in voor de opmetingen en meetstaten.
Profiel
- Je bent in het bezit van een Master in de monumentenzorg.
- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring.
- Je hebt kennis van restauratiewerven.
- Je spreek de Nederlandse taal omwille van de veiligheid.
Jobgerelateerde competenties
- De uitvoeringsfasen op de werf coördineren
De kosten en vooruitgang van de werken opvolgen
- De uitvoering op de werf controleren en de oplevering goedkeuren (uitvoering, facturatie, delen van de overeenkomst,...)
- Gebouwen ontwerpen in: Composietmaterialen
- Het ontwerp van het bouw
- of inrichtingsproject van een gebouw of een ruimte opstellen volgens de opdracht en de noden
- Een gemeentelijk ruimtelijk uitvoeringsplan opstellen
- Gebouwen ontwerpen in: Metaal
- De activiteiten van een team coördineren
Een organisatie leiden
- Gebouwen ontwerpen in: Hout
- Gebouwen ontwerpen in: Baksteen
- Gebouwen ontwerpen in: Steen
- Gebouwen ontwerpen in: Glas
- Leveranciers, (onder)aannemers raadplegen en selecteren
- Een project voorstellen en argumenteren op basis van 3D- modellen
- De rol van veiligheidscoördinator opnemen
- Een aanvraag tot stedenbouwkundige vergunning behandelen vóór de indiening op het stadhuis of bij de overheidsdiensten
- Een haalbaarheidsstudie en het ontwerp van een bouw
- of inrichtingsproject van een landschap maken
- Het algemene ontwerp van een architecturaal project in plannen en modellen uitwerken
De criteria bepalen (kost, termijn, methode,...)
- Gebouwen aan expertise onderwerpen op vraag van particulieren (risico's op instorting, isolatie,...)
