**Beschrijving**:
Deze innoverende onderneming maakt deel uit van ’s werelds grootste HR- dienstverleners actief over verschillende continenten. Ze onderscheiden zich van andere verleners door het individu in het middelpunt te plaatsten door digitale middelen en oplossingen te gebruiken voor inzichten. Ze bewaken kwaliteit door te focussen op betekenisvolle interacties.
Ter ondersteuning van de digitalisatie die ze dezer dagen ondergaan, kijken ze uit naar een Solution Architect
Als Solution Architect vertaal je nieuwe of gewijzigde business noden naar technische mogelijkheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat je de technische noden en -wensen van de interne opdrachtgevers zo helder mogelijk krijgt en draagt actief bij om de IT-strategie en de architectuur door te vertalen naar concrete technische oplossingen.
In deze rol sta je opgesteld om ervoor te zorgen dat de juiste technische beslissingen worden genomen om de doelstellingen van projecten en Product Owners te realiseren. De technische realisaties moeten passen binnen het bestaande en evoluerende landschap.
De Solution Architect anticipeert op de evolutie van de business en haar klanten naar impact op vlak van IT-oplossingen. Hierbij hou je een helikopterview over de verschillende bedrijven binnen de organisatie groep om te komen tot synergie en best practices. Je tekent samen met de IT-collega’s de architectuur van de toekomst uit.
Je volgt de technische aspecten op voor nieuwe initiatieven en wijzigingen op bestaande oplossingen, dit in nauwe samenwerking met de Product Owner en met IT services. Hiernaast onderhoud je de relaties met je stakeholders over de interne business partners heen opdat IT-oplossingen gedragen worden binnen de organisatie en rekening houden met de bedrijfsarchitectuur.
De Solution Architect initieert en begeleidt eveneens de selectie van leveranciers van nieuwe IT-technologieën.
- Je bent op de hoogte van de technische ontwikkelingen binnen je domein. Verder verwerf je regelmatig inzichten in evoluties en prioriteiten binnen de business (nl. de HR-sector) en identificeert mogelijke innovatieve oplossingen op dit domein.
**Profiel**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een Master diploma of bent een gelijkwaardige kandidaat door ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Solution Architect of binnen een soortgelijke functie.
- Je bent sterk in het implementeren van technologische en digitale oplossingen.
- Je hebt een brede kennis van applicatielandschappen maar hebt ook de nodige raakvlakken met infrastructuur.
- Je kennis van AWS-componenten, Outsystems of Pegasystems speel je uit als een extra troef.
- Je hebt kennis van methodieken zoals BPMN, SCRUM,...
- Je bent vertrouwd met een hedendaags ICT security beleid en de hierbij horende standaarden.
- Je analytisch inzicht in businessprocessen en bedrijfsprocessen speel je uit als extra troef.
- Je bent hiernaast een teamplayer, communicatiefs sterk, flexibel, stressbestendig en je kan gestructureerd werken.
- Je daadkracht, proactieve benadering en je skills voor onderhandelen en conflicthantering vervolledigen je profiel.
