En tant que spécialiste des finances, vous fournirez un soutien analytique approfondi dans un large éventail de domaines liés aux finances et au service à la clientèle pour les bureaux, les pratiques ou d'autres sujets du cabinet.
- Vous dirigerez des projets et des initiatives de moindre envergure en innovant dans les concepts financiers et la conception des rapports, en générant de nouvelles idées et en approfondissant simultanément l'expertise liée aux concepts et aux politiques financières du cabinet.
- En outre, vous entretiendrez un réseau croissant au sein de la communauté financière.
- Vous créerez et améliorerez des modèles financiers complexes comprenant des mesures et des repères standard qui aideront les hauts dirigeants à prendre des décisions stratégiques.
- Vous présenterez des analyses et des rapports et agirez en tant que partenaire de réflexion pour les dirigeants, et vous développerez des stratégies pour garantir que les informations financières et/ou de service à la clientèle sont générées avec précision et communiquées efficacement.
- Vous collaborerez avec les clients internes pour l'amélioration des processus, la préparation des analyses de rentabilité, les activités du cycle de vie global des projets, les documents de spécification fonctionnelle et les scénarios de test.
- Enfin, vous jouerez le rôle de mentor pour un certain nombre de collègues juniors.
**Profile**
- Maîtrise, de préférence en finance, informatique, ingénierie
- 5-7 ans d'expérience en finance
- Excellente connaissance de l'anglais et du français ou du néerlandais
- Connaissances techniques approfondies en matière de finance, de comptabilité, d'audit, de gestion de trésorerie et de fiscalité.
- Excellentes capacités de réflexion analytique et de résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à diriger plusieurs projets et à travailler en collaboration avec d'autres personnes.
- Aptitude à communiquer de manière claire et convaincante
