**Dit is jouw topjob**:
De dienst **Commercial & Operational Reporting** is op zoek naar nieuw talent om de beste oplossingen te ontwikkelen voor de strategie van de business line **Bank Channel & Life Insurance Development**.

Het team zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende departementen gegevens correct interpreteren, dit via **rapporten**, **dashboards**, **gegevensanalyse** en **voorspellende modellen**. Zo kan het management strategische beslissingen nemen en doelstellingen bepalen op basis van gegevens. We zijn voor dit team op zoek naar een **Data Scientist**.
- **Gegevensextractie**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van de nodige gegevens voor de commerciële projecten van het team. Je staat in voor de communicatie met interne en/of externe diensten.
- Je ziet nauwlettend toe op het legale gebruik van gegevens.
- Je beschikt over de nodige vaardigheden op het gebied van datatransformatie: als er een probleem is met de gegevensstroom, kan je gemakkelijk de nodige oplossingen bieden.
- Je ziet toe op de kwaliteit van de gegevens (zowel consistentie als nauwkeurigheid) en doet aanbevelingen voor verbetering.
- **Analyse**:

- Je ontmoet interne klanten om hun verwachtingen en behoeften te begrijpen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende stakeholders om je actieve gegevensanalyse te bevorderen.
- Je deelt je eindresultaten met de stakeholders.
- Je verwerft diepgaande kennis, creëert businessregels en statistische voorspellingen voor strategische projecten.
- Je controleert de kwaliteit van de analytische output, met de nadruk op de statistische methodologie en de operationele waarde ervan.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de analyse beantwoordt aan de oorspronkelijke aanvraag. Je automatiseert zo nodig de procedure.
- Je ondersteunt de verschillende departementen met ad-hocanalyses.
- Je past je aan veranderingen in de technische omgeving aan en je onderzoekt welke tools een toegevoegde waarde bieden.

- Je houdt ervan om problemen op te lossen. Je bent **ruimdenkend** en **analytisch**. Je werkt ook heel **nauwkeurig** en **kwaliteitgericht**.
- **Gegevensanalyse**? Dit is je passie
- Heb je al professionele ervaring met **statistiek**, **datamining** en **voorspellende analyses**? Top
- Je bent **stressbestendig** en kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken.
- Ken je PowerBI, R en/of SAS Base? Absoluut een plus
- Je hebt een universitair diploma (master) en minstens 3 jaar ervaring.
