**SGS Life Sciences **carries out all type of services for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, from coordination and running of clinical trials with new molecules or techniques on human beings, to support and consultancy on post marketing registration activities.

**For the moment, we have an opportunity for a Medical Safety Assistant**
**Job Description**:
The main responsibility of the Medical Safety Assistant (MAA) is to **assist the Medical Safety department with project related and/or general administrative work**:
- Create and maintain Project Files
- Data entry of safety information into the safety database
- Creation of reports from the safety database
- Support in the submission and filing of safety information to clients or other destinations, as needed
- Maintain tracking tables on the status of the different reports being processed in the team
- Quality control of documents prepared within the team in view of project and eTMF filing
- Upload of documents into the eTMF filing system
- Filing of other relevant documentation
- Archiving of closed projects
- ...
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Business Administration and Languages, Office Management or equivalent through experience
- Fluent in English and good knowledge of Dutch
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office): Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
- Punctual with respect of timelines
- Accurate and with an eye for detail
- Flexible
- Team player
- Sense of structure, organization, precision, diplomacy, integrity.
