- Onze hoofdzetel bevindt zich in Frechen, bij Keulen, maar wij produceren onze producten in twee vestigingen in Duitsland en België. Momenteel zijn er in ons bedrijf ongeveer 430 medewerkers tewerkgesteld. Voor onze duurzame keramische producten wordt natuurlijke klei gebruikt. Zo zetten wij ons elke dag weer in voor de natuur en het milieu, opdat toekomstige generaties hieruit op lange termijn economische en ecologische voordelen halen._
- Steinzeug-Keramo maakt deel uit van de _**_Wienerberger Group,_**_ 's werelds grootste bakstenenproducent. Met zijn 226 vestigingen in 30 landen is Wienerberger de nr. 1 in Europa op vlak van kleidakpannen en marktleider in Centraal-Europa op vlak van bakstenen._

**Functie**:** Momenteel zijn wij ter versterking van onze customer service op zoek naar een (junior) SAP SD & CRM specialist.**

**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
Als onderdeel van het Customer Service team bij Steinzeug-Keramo ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van eindgebruikers van de SAP SD-modules en het CRM-systeem.
In nauwe samenwerking met eindgebruikers, Hoofd Customer Service en centrale IT, identificeer je optimalisatiemogelijkheden en formuleer je vereisten. Je belangrijkste doel is om de Sales en Customer Service teams te ondersteunen bij het efficiënt gebruik van CRM en SAP SD.

Taken:

- Eén aanspreekpunt voor het salesteam met betrekking tot het gebruik van het CRM-systeem en de SAP SD-module
- Zorgen voor optimale benutting van CRM-systemen en SAP SD-processen
- Probleemoplossing en eerstelijnsondersteuning voor SAP SD en Sales Cloud CRM eindgebruikers
- Identificeren van trainingsbehoeften, plannen en uitvoeren van gebruiker specifieke training (online en offline)
- Maken en onderhouden van trainingsdocumentatie voor eindgebruikers
- Identificeren, verzamelen, verwerken en evalueren van gebruikersvereisten, rapporteren van vereisten aan het IT-team in het Engels (ITSM ticketingsysteem, JIRA); testen van processen in het testsysteem.
- Nauwe samenwerking met andere afdelingen en bestaande Key-users bij Steinzeug-Keramo en internationale teams
- Deelnemen aan projecten voor de implementatie en ontwikkeling van SAP- en CRM-processen.
- Monitoring van gegevenskwaliteit, implementeren van maatregelen voor continue verbetering van de gegevenskwaliteit in SAP en CRM (inclusief klantstamgegevens en hiërarchieën, condities, uitvoer, maandelijkse afsluitactiviteiten in SD).

**Profiel**:
De ideale kandidaat voor de functie van Junior SAP SD en CRM Specialist bij Steinzeug-Keramo kan terugblikken op een hogere commerciële of bedrijfsgerichte opleiding - idealiter kan je al terugblikken op een soortgelijke & nuttige ervaring. Je hebt een klare kijk op bedrijfsprocessen & hebt al ervaring met SAP Sales Cloud of een vergelijkbare CRM. Kennis van MM, FI/CO zijn pluspunten.Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en servicegerichte vaardigheden. Je houdt van zelfstandigheid, neemt graag initiatief en bent niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Verder beschik je over een sterke talenkennis: Nederlands, Frans & Engels zijn vloeiend - goede kennis van het Duits zorgt voor pluspunten.
Tenslotte ben je bereid om af en toe te reizen, dit voornamelijk naar België, Duitsland en Frankrijk (20% van de tijd per maand).
