- Food & Healthcare Technologies (FHT) is één van de vijf divisies van GEA en is gespecialiseerd in voedselverwerkingsoplossingen. De locatie Bakel, met 400 medewerkers, is gespecialiseerd in prestatiegerichte oplossingen voor de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, variërend van één machine tot een complete productielijn voor het bereiden, marineren, verwerken, snijden en verpakken van gevogelte, kip en vegetarische producten. De Field Service Specialist speelt een essentiële rol in de service bij klanten op locatie. In deze rol maakt de Field Service Specialist onderdeel uit van het team in Bakel maar is werkzaam in de regio in Belgie.- Your responsibilities and tasks:
De Field Service Specialist installeert, repareert en verricht onderhoud aan technische installaties op locatie van de klant. De werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd volgens werkvoorschriften, procedures en richtlijnen. Veiligheid staat hierbij hoog in het vaandel.
- Informeert bij de klant naar de staat van de installatie, voert zelfstandig inspecties uit en draagt zorg voor tijdige vervanging van kwetsbare onderdelen, bestelt deze bij GEA (spare parts) en plaats ze na levering.
- Inspecteert de installatie/equipment, haalt vooraf informatie op bij de klant en de planning voor gegevens over de installatie, mogelijke aard en oorzaak van de storing te achterhalen maakt gebruik van beschikbare schema’s en beschrijvingen om de storing op te lossen.
- Verzamelt informatie, beoordeelt de relevantie van informatie en komt zelfstandig tot een analyse van de probleemsituatie tbv de interne organisatie.
- Het opstellen van technische rapportages, invullen van urenstaten, materiaalverbruik, logboek en installed base.
- Adviseert over uitbreidingen, voorkomen van storingen, voortgang serviceprojecten en eventueel te nemen maatregelen.
- Naleven en opvolgen van en het aanspreken van collega's op het preventief toepassen van (veiligheids)voorschriften, gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen en toepassen van procedures.
Your profile and qualifications:
- Minimaal Secundair Technisch Onderwijs diploma. Bij voorkeur Bachelor ElektroMechanica.
- Kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
- Veiligheidsvoorschriften: voorschriften van keuringsinstanties, VCA BASIS/VOL.
- Flexibele opstelling ten aanzien van werktijden.
- Stressbestendig en service gericht.
- Neemt initiatief en komt met nieuwe innovatieve ideeën.
- Je werkt zelfstandig; bent pro-actief en pakt nieuwe kansen op.
Voorwaarden:
- Competitieve basisverloning met bonus, maaltijdcheques, ecocheques, niet-recurrente collectieve bonus, internetvergoeding, pensioen-en invaliditeitsverzekering, hospitalisatieverzekering.
- 20 vakantiedagen en 12 ADV dagen op basis van fulltime regime.
- Auto (bedrijfscamionette) van de zaak conform lease regeling GEA.
