**Functie**
- Je draagt bij aan de **ontwikkeling van nieuwe features en uitbreidingen aan hun verschillende softwaretools en -producten** in onder andere Java, Spring Boot, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, SQL, GraphQL, Linux, AWS, Azure, Git, CI/CD, RESTful API,. Plus eventueel Python en/of Angular indien je dit wenst.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat softwarecomponenten degelijk worden geïntegreerd in klantprojecten en als één systeem functioneren.
- Je hebt inspraak / **medeverantwoordelijkheid in elke stap van het ontwikkelingsproces**. Je werkt nauw samen met de architect, PM, etc. vanaf het uittekenen van de technische analyse en architectuur tot deployment.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de code grondig getest wordt (**Unit Testing**).
- **Technical lead en coach**. Je identificeert tekortkomingen tijdens de ontwikkelingsfase, stuurt het ontwikkelingsproces aan (sprintplanning, retrospectief,...), ondersteunt collega’s bij technisch complexe vraagstukken, deelt je kennis, adviseert in de optimalisatie van de software, etc.

**Profiel**
- Je hebt minstens 4 jaar ervaring in **Java** Development.
- Je haalt energie uit het o**nderzoeken en doorgronden van nieuwe technologieën**.
- Proactief, verantwoordelijk en oplossingsgericht.
- Teamspeler en communicatief. Je haalt voldoening uit het helpen van anderen en zorgt voor een naadloze communicatie met alle stakeholders.
- Nederlands en Engels.
