You will directly assist the Sales Performance Manager ensuring performance monitoring and reporting requirements. You will work with various analytical software to produce analysis and synthetical reports. These reports will help the team to monitor performance, to provide information about trends and outlook and to support the wholesalers in their activity.
The JBA maintains good contacts with all sales managers, with middle management and with marketing. H/S(he) will actively support a range of key strategic commercial projects and measure their success - all designed to add substantial value to the commercial decision-making of the company.
**The role**
- Support to Sales/Commercials teams:
- Manage Dashboards and Reports. Make sure the existing are properly working and create new reports in line with the market needs and based on Sales Performance Manager guidelines.
- Customer’s performance analysis (drivers of over or under performance vs. objectives, scorecards with key metrics).
- Ad hoc support Sales Manager in preparation of meetings
- Provides insightful reporting and analysis to support the sales team.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency (stewardship): Secure adherence to policies and spend control. Ensure data are available on due time.
- Develop external score carding and competitive knowledge.
- Create better understanding of Wholesaler margin.
- Pro-actively addresses all items that impact the achievement of the budget.
- Promote a better understanding of wholesalers’ margin, summarise information about competitors, and contribute to wholesaler strategy.
- Take part to the periodical analysis and reviews to support mid and senior management about sales performance and market activities.
- Have a deep understanding of what is behind the figures in terms of sales growth and strategy, to know the story behind the data.
- Perform various operational tasks and make sure operations are carried on in an appropriate way.
- Provide day-to-day support for sales processes and reports generation.
- Make sure documentation related to Sales Department process are up to date.
- Prepare analysis for: Sales conditions (sales conditions simulation), Budget, Outlook, Monthly Estimation
**What you bring to the table**:
- Proven professional experience of minimum 1 years in similar positions (Business Analyst, Financial Controller or Project Manager).
- Ability to program in Power BI (creation of reporting, maintenance)
- Knowledge in Dashboarding and Reporting
- You have a degree in Finance, Economics, IT / Engineering, Statistics (Bachelor / Master or equivalent by experience).
- Computer literate (Excel, Access, Power BI, MS Excel/Power Query & Sage X3, ERP, CRM).
- Sound understanding of implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent level in English (both verbal & written).
**1 day WFH per week**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract
**Salary**: €2,900.00 - €3,200.00 per month
