A company with a family feel in **Anderlecht** is currently looking for a **Marketing Assistant **(M/F/X).

Our client is active in the **medical sector**. The client is looking for an Associate Specialist, Regional Marketing Support in to join its EMEA Marketing Team for 6 months

**The marketing Assistant reports **to the Marketing Manager EMEA. She/He will support, coordinate and execute defined regional marketing plans, regionalization of marketing collaterals, and support the sales team for the French and Germanic area.

The responsibilities for this position as **Marketing Assistant** (M/F/X) are:

- Maintaining data in systems.
- Support product launch processes with timely availability of marketing materials.
- Support the phase-out processes of products.
- Draft a range of internal product communications and coordinate the send-out to the stakeholders.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing material such as: product catalogues, brochures, and leaflet creation and maintenance of these assets.
- Organize sample orders for the Marketing Team
- Maintain relationships with global, regulatory and the technical team.
- Support the activation of the marketing plans and sales support set for the regions.
- Coordinate, design, develop and produce campaign materials.
- Support campaign reporting and analysis with consolidated results, metrics, and budgets.
- Coordinate the processing of marketing services related to purchase orders, invoices, and content approvals with appropriate legal, compliance and regulatory personnel.
- Draft a range of external communication including campaigns and distributor newsletters.
- Coordinate and adapt the marketing materials to the specific regions (incl. translations)
- Assist in the development and maintenance of digital content.
- Coordinate the development of the Quarterly Distributor newsletter.
- Support the Marketing Manager with alternate care projects

The required qualifications for this position as a Marketing Assistant (M/F/X) are:

- Demonstrated experience in marketing or sales (preferably 1-3 years)
- Proven knowledge of marketing and brand management
- Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Automation and Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) and another European is a plus
- Strong communication skills in combination with project management competency
- Eager to be self-directive and tolerant for ambiguity and change
- This role requires some travel across EMEA.
