**In this role you will**:

- Implement the “Level” approach described in R&D Policy POL_9000066779 (Vaccines RD Laboratory Equipment and Computerized Systems Management)
- Supervise / Manage day to day vaccines operations (Bulk, Formulation and Filling) in a multiple products environment.
- Ensure compliance of the operations with GMP and Authorities requirements. Monitors quality of the production in close collaboration with QC and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Responsible to implement the Operational Excellence Process in the facility.
- Be a representant of his activities in external audits
- Organize and monitors performance progress efficiency of the facility through Key Performance Indicators related to Quality, Budget, Delivery and Security.
- Provide technical support to direct reports.

- Bio Engineer or University degree in sciences or equivalent acquired through experience
- Advanced knowledge in supply chain management, processes, biopharmaceuticals technologies.
- At least one year of experience in vaccine production or specific production unit
- Knowledge of GMP for biologicals products
- Knowledge of cellular and viral culture processes is an asset
