**La fonction**:
En tant que **Customs & Logistics Administrator**, vous assurez la **coordination des flux d’import et d’export** de l’entrepôt et vous êtes responsable de la **bonne** **expédition** **des** **commandes** dans toute **l’Europe**.
Dans ce cadre, vous **établissez** **les documents de douane de l’expédition à l’exportation **ainsi que **les documents de transport**, vous **vérifiez** et **créez les factures** de dédouanement et vous **préparez** **les** **chargements** **entrants** pour le jour suivant.
Vous fournissez également un **support administratif** en **créant des certificats d’origine** et en **vérifiant les origines et codes douaniers** dans le système de douanes de l'entreprise.
De plus, vous êtes **l’intermédiaire entre les transporteurs** et notre **centre de distribution**. Vous collaborez de manière journalière et proactive avec les opérations afin de **résoudre les problèmes rencontrés au niveau des chargements**.
Enfin, vous assurez le **suivi des livraisons des marchandises** et vous réclamez les **preuves** de livraison.
Dans ce cadre, vous travaillez en permanence dans **plusieurs systèmes informatiques** et vous **gérez** **les réclamations** en collaboration avec le service clientèle.
**Le profil**:
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un **Bachelier **en **Transport** **et** **Logistique**, en **Commerce** **Extérieur** ou en **Comptabilité** et vous justifiez d’une **expérience de 1 à 3 ans** dans une fonction similaire ;
- La connaissance de base d’un **entrepôt douaniers** est un atout ;
- Vous maîtrisez très bien l’**a**nglais** écrit et oral (B2 minimum) en plus du **f**rançais** ;
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’outil **informatique** et vous maîtrisez la **suite Office**,** **tout particulièrement **Excel** ; la connaissance de **Mainframe** **AS** **400** et du logiciel **Descartes C4** est un atout ;
- Vous maîtrisez également **PLDA** et **NCTS** ;
- Vous êtes **précis**, **consciencieux**, **organisé** et capable de **définir des priorités **;
- Vous faites preuve d’**autonomie** en vous référant aux procédures déjà en place et vous **gérez les situations de stress ;**:
- Vous adoptez une **attitude positive** ainsi qu’un bon **esprit d’équipe **;
- Vous êtes **flexible**.
