**Logistics at full potential**

As the Customer Service Team leader, you and your team are responsible for providing support for our customers, as well as addressing their needs and ensure to deliver a high-quality performance.

**What you do on a typical day**
- Supervising the local Customer Service Representatives
- Monitoring KPI (such as efficiency, productivity, SLA, process,)
- Being the POC for external and external clients
- Ensuring that the needs and inquiries of our clients are met.
- Responsible for the training on site (organizing, registering, follow-up)
- Support to HR (illness, holidays, temp agencies, administrative issues) and monitoring clocking
- Responsible for facilities maintenance (contacts with suppliers, scheduling maintenance, site access requests)
- Responsible for the supplies (purchases, managing supplies, follow-up according to budget and consumption)

**What you need to succeed at GXO**
- Intermediate vocational education in logistics, supply chain management or equivalent
- 3years + of Operations experience is a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in French and English. Dutch is a plus.
- Able to work in a challenging environment and committed to deliver high quality service.
- Ability to monitor and uphold high quality of service to our client (internal and external)
