The job

The position of Regulatory Affairs Expert provides scientific and regulatory affairs leadership for Oleon products business in Life Sciences & Industrials in the EU & global geographies, to contribute to significant & sustainable growth. Your main purpose will be, on the one hand, to support the development, implementation, preparation, submission, and maintenance of registration dossiers. On the other hand, you maintain as Database Administrator a SQL database, for which you can rely on your knowledge of or experience with modelling data. Some of your main tasks:

- You collaborate with M&S, Legal & Quality to develop & communicate Oleon positions on regulatory & emerging issues.
- You support the Oleon ingredients BU’s in addressing scientific and regulatory issues and customer requests.
- You represent Oleon interests in external scientific and regulatory fora, including key industry associations and consortia.

You will be a key member of the corporate Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs team, act as a first point of contact and report directly to the PSRA manager.

Who are we looking for?
- You have a master’s in chemistry (or equivalent scientific discipline) combined with minimum 2 years of experience in Life Sciences & Industrial sectors including regulatory aspects.
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent by experience in database development, architecture or management is an asset. Knowledge of MS office is a must, user knowledge of SAP & LIMS is useful.
- You have strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal & external stakeholders. Further, you have highly developed communication & negotiation skills.
- You like to work accurately, organized & efficiently what makes you able to set priorities & meet deadlines.
- You can work both independently as well as being part of cross-functional teams.
- Your open, flexible, proactive & dynamic attitude typifies you.
