PolyPeptide S.A. est la filiale belge du groupe international PolyPeptide présent en Suède, en Inde, aux États-Unis, en France et en Belgique, à Braine-l'Alleud plus précisément. Le groupe PolyPeptide développe sous contrat CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) des ingrédients pharmaceutiques actifs à base de peptides et d’oligonucléotides. En soutenant ses clients principalement dans l’industrie pharmaceutique et biotechnologique, le groupe PolyPeptide contribue à la santé de millions de patients à travers le monde.
Pour son Département de EHS_,_ PolyPeptide SA est à la recherche de **Health & Safety advisor**.
La mission est d'assumer la fonction de conseiller en prévention (temps de prestation défini dans le document d’identification du SIPPT).
Participer à l’organisation, l’animation et la coordination des activités Santé et Sécurité du site de Braine-l’Alleud afin d’améliorer de façon continue la performance des processus et le bien-être du personnel et ce en étroite collaboration avec les clients internes (Engineering, Service technique, Production, département analytique, Achat ) et les clients externes (fournisseurs, services externes, sous-traitants ).
**Tâches principales**:
- Système Santé/ Sécurité (Analyser, définir, coordonner, réaliser, simplifier)
- Les activités liées au CPPT, au plan global de prévention et au plan annuel d’action afin de se conformer aux objectifs du site et assurer la conformité aux exigences légales associées
- Le respect des dispositions légales en matière de Santé, sécurité et Environnement
- Les activités liées aux contrôles périodiques des équipements afin de garantir la sécurité des utilisateurs
- L’analyse des risques produits et process
- L’analyse des accidents de travail - presque accidents - situations dangereuses
- Les analyses de poste de travail
- Les actions de sensibilisation et de formation : quart d’heure sécurité, accueil
**Profil requis**
- Conseiller en prévention niveau 1 ou 2
- **BAC+3** en chimie, ou équivalent / assimilé.
- Connaissance des législations Sécurité
- Expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique et connaissance des **règles GMP** (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Maîtrise du français (écrit/parlé); connaissance de base de l'anglais est un plus
- Excellent esprit d'équipe, précis, rigoureux, organisé
- Excellente capacité de communication et de reporting
- Sens de l'organisation et esprit critique
- Utilisation des outils informatiques (Office 365, système ERP type AX)
