**Main responsibilities**:

- Craft designs that speak volumes, turning complex concepts into clear, impactful designs;
- Collaborate with our diverse, fantastic team - you'll work alongside bankers, fellow creatives, imagineers, mathematicians, and computer & behavioural scientists;
- Translate business needs into captivating visuals and communications, with storytelling at the heart of our design process;
- Seamlessly switch between product design and marketing & sales concepts, recognizing that each tells a unique story in its own way;
- Inspire and be inspired, bringing fresh ideas to the table and helping to cultivate an environment of innovation;
- Become an integral part of our in-house Design team, working closely with Product Designers and Human Insight Experts.

**Required skills & experience**:

- We are in search of talent and don’t have a minimum years of experience. We’ll look at your design portfolio.
- Problem solving, explaining your process.
- Excellent visual design skills.
- Experience with responsive design.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful visual designs.
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to convey narratives through visual design across all our products and communications.
- Familiarity with design systems and the ability to maintain consistency across multiple projects and products.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback, and iterate on designs based on team input and user testing.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- We value creativity and adaptability. While we primarily use Figma for design and Rive for animations, we're always open to incorporating newer tools and technologies that can enhance our design process. Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney is a plus, as we're excited about the potential of these emerging technologies in design.
