As a content moderator, your main responsibility is to review and filter user-generated content on our online platform. Your aim is to maintain a safe, respectful environment that complies with the established rules.
**Key responsibility areas**:
- Carefully examine publications, comments, images, videos and other forms of content submitted by users.
- Respond to user reports of problematic or non-compliant content.
- Work with the Quality expert to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions about reported content.
- Maintain clear and respectful communication with users, explaining the reasons for actions taken and responding to questions or concerns.
- Monitor trends and developments in online content to adapt moderation policies as necessary.
- Keep your manager proactively aware of all actions taken or/and blocking points.
**This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for 3 months.**

- Analytic
- Dynamic & Flexible
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to provide clear instructions and explanations
- Listening and observation skills
- Quick decision maker
- Bilingual (French or Dutch or english
- Computer literate (knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Google,)
