PRIMARY PURPOSE OF ROLE
As the Senior Brand Manager for Leffe Belgium & Netherlands, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy for one of the most iconic beer brands in the world. As a “Brand CEO”, you will lead the effort in building, developing and implementing the brand strategy and marketing plans across Belgium and the Netherlands, then analyzing the performance and managing efficiently the marketing budget. Weekly travelling to our Leuven and Breda offices will be required.
You will need to engage external stakeholders such as agencies, suppliers and clients, and lead a strong internal collaboration with sales, trade marketing, supply, logisticsYour objectives will be to ensure that Leffe continues to grow its market share and brand equity. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for brand building and for business growth. Most of all, we are looking for an owner who loves to bring new ideas to life and is result-oriented.

The role:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement the brand strategy for Leffe in Belgium and the Netherlands, aligning with global brand guidelines and local market needs.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, including TV, digital, OOH, DOOH, influence.
- Innovation: Drive innovation by identifying new product opportunities and leading the development and launch of new products.
- Brand Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and media partners.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Budget Management: Manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
What we are looking for:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in brand management. FMCG is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, project management, collaboration, creative thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Dutch. French is a plus.
- Passion: A genuine passion for beer and a deep understanding of the Leffe brand heritage.
