Our Public Sector team in Brussels is looking for a Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator to be joining a team working with a major European institution.
**Requirements**:
**Stakeholders Coordinator**:
Provide clear guidance to core team in the production or coordination of content
Maintain the user communities and engage with stakeholders via relevant channels
**Content Writer**:
Draft and manage content review and validation process (news items, SoMes, newsflash etc.)
Set editorial calendar (e.g. monthly newsflash and strategic comms)
Conduct research and/or interviews to create communication items
**Project Management**:
Organise and coordinate meetings
Ensure alignment with other ongoing initiatives (Progressing with deliverables, integration plans, assess the need for technical support and organise accordingly, etc.)
Manage all comms between different stakeholders
**Events Coordinator**:
SPOC for all involved stakeholders (e.g. colleagues from other DGs, external partners, Member states reps, etc.), coordinator and host of all external events
Keep track of relevant external events and evaluate value for our teams
**Marketing and campaigns**:
Design, coordinate and run the marketing campaigns calendar
Write and review content for SoMes
**UX & insights**:
Improve the website from an UX perspective
Update the information architecture and taxonomy
