In a context of growth, we’re currently hiring for a Recruitment Team Leader role to conduct the development of our new brand Sander Human Resources already launched and currently performing in Belgium for the last 6 months. For now, the team is composed of a Junior Recruitment Advisor working with the Managing Partner. Thanks to our great start, we would like to extend our team and invest more person in this project, essential for our development strategy.

That is why today, we’re willing to hire an experimented recruiter and give him/her the responsibility to be the key person of this division and work hand to hand with Benyamin in the business & team development. Function
- Day to day management of the team
- Responsible of the internal recruitment for the HR Team
- Internal Training & coaching
- Endorsement of a 360* recruitment function in the HR field
- Co-responsible of the evaluation and performance of every member your team
- Participation in the annual objectives of the division and the budget for your team.
- Define and follow the development strategy
- Partnership’s development (Belgium)

Profile
- 5 years of experience with a proven track record in recruitment
- Strong communication skills, English is a must.
- At least a bachelor in a relevant area
- Someone with an entrepreneur mindset, willing to do the extra miles and comfortable in a change environment
- Someone willing to launch/strength his/her career in the management
- You can describe yourself as someone flexible, ambitious, professional, listening, and commercial
- Your main goal is to allow every member of your team to be the best version of themselves
