Business Program Manager, Global Data Centers

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in accounting and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Experience in administrative and local tax (e.g., cadastre).
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Economics.
- Experience in vendor relationships and agreement management.
- Experience in providing support for budgeting, forecasting and purchase orders.
- Knowledge of local authority requirements to hep ensure the successful running of the data center.
**About the job**:
As a Data Center Business Program Manager, you will support operations in the business administrative field. You will collaborate with the site team to elaborate site budget, establish operations related service agreement, monthly financial reviews, establishing purchase orders, approving invoices. You'll lead cost control and contractor management for maintenance tasks and small projects, and work closely with the site Environment, Health and Safety department to ensure safety operations. You will have a pivotal role in ensuring that contractors deliver quality services according to agreed key performance indicators and that safety measures are being performed.

**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the point of contact for the projects as assigned by the facility manager.
- Prepare Statement of Work (SOW) for facility operations agreements.
- Obtain facilities-related vendor price quotes, prepare purchase orders, and review/approve invoices.
- Work with support service vendors to resolve conflicts and issues under the direction of the facility manager.
- Plan and execute work assignments.
