Nike is looking for dynamic Transportation Specialists to join our Transportation Network Operations (TNO) Team Our Specialists spot problems and solve them while creating strong, long-lasting relationships with our partners. Customer satisfaction is always at the core of everything we do, and the specialists ensure this by constantly evaluating and tracking the KPI's. The person that we're searching for is a great teammate with an analytical mind, eager to connect the dots and passionate about creating the future of Supply Chain with us
- You are passionate about Logistics and Supply chain (studies or experience in the field are a plus)
- Your communication skills in English are on point, both written and spoken, and you thrive working in a multicultural environment.
- No detail goes unnoticed: your game has an Olympic level of accuracy in evaluating detailed information while focusing on the full E2E Supply Chain.
- You are an innovator, not a tourist: your critical mindset is constantly on the lookout for new improvements.
- As a Nike ambassador, you build strong relationships with our external logistics partners, and you are willing go the extra mile for them.
- You are an added value to the team: someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who brings people together and lifts the team spirit upwards.
- Because the game can be tough, you are able to dribble between obstacles and show your hands-on problem-solving skills.

IMPORTANT AND NON-NEGOTIABLE NOTE:

- No relocation package/deal
- Hybrid working: 2 days/week home office, 3 days/week at the office. (Schedule can vary in the future - you need to be able to come to the office by own means, we do not recommend public transport for this site)

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Running, improving, and developing our Transportation Network to serve our athletes is more important than ever. TNO is accountable for getting the product to the right place and time in a reliable and sustainable way, whether it is to the final consumer, wholesale partners, our retail or DC athletes.

As a Transportation specialist your core responsibilities will be:

- The day-to-day management is your cardio. You follow up on the deliveries and communicate efficiently about them while always keeping an eye on all the players in the field of our End-to-End Supply Chain.
- You take accountability by owning and managing your service KPIs for your part of the business
- You will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and effective communication play a crucial role in ensuring product flow.
- You get energized by working with data and are continuously looking for fact-based solutions to solve problems & implement process improvements.
- You will work cross-functional which means building networks with different partners in and outside of Nike
- You support your team and initiate ongoing projects and improvements. It's in your nature to always seek new tactics to improve the game.
- You take your financial responsibility very seriously, always on the lookout for cost savings and making sure all invoices are paid correctly and on time.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

The TNO specialist works closely with other TNO specialists and analysts and will report to a coach or manager. Together with different stakeholders within our ELC campus, European and Global Headquarters you build strong relationships with our external logistics partners to ensure fast and efficient delivery of our products.
