**Jouw functie****:
Als Development lead binnen het domein "IT Delivery Transversal & HR" maak je deel uit van het "domain support team". Binnen dit team ben je het technische aanspreekpunt voor de verschillende development teams van het domein. Je werkt binnen een agile context nauw samen met de domein architect, de product manager en transformation consultants waar de focus ligt bij opvolging van het lopend product increment en voorbereiding van de volgende product increments. Je staat de product manager bij met het onderhouden van de feature backlog met je technische kennis.

Het domein "IT Delivery Transversal & HR" levert volgende producten (services):
Document Services (Generation, Printing & Mailing - Capture - Management -Archiving), IT4IT services (support voor de IT4IT tools) en HR services (Support voor de HR tools)

Hij of zij doet dit door:

- Je staat in de eerste lijn om de technische impact bij nieuwe initiatieven/features te evalueren, in nauwe samenwerking met de Solution Architect en Transformation consultant. Je maakt schattingen op verschillende stadia met toenemende nauwkeurigheid wanneer de duidelijkheid rond de vereisten en oplossing duidelijker worden.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de architect en/of functioneel analist om het high level design van de betrokken componenten uit te werken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het valideren van de designs die door het team worden aangeleverd.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en samenhang van de implementaties. Je neemt deel aan codereviews, geeft coachingsessies en inspireert je team met moderne technische inzichten en aanpakken, met respect voor de context van planning en budgettering. Je fungeert als een baken van kennis wanneer ontwikkelaars vastlopen op een probleem en helpt hen om continu te verbeteren.
- Je werkt mee aan de volledige technische realisatie van een oplossing, inclusief het nadenken over operaties en governance processen.

**Jouw profiel****:

- Java 8 & 17
- Apache Maven
- Quarkus of gelijkaardige frameworks (kennis van Quarkus opdoen is een must indien niet aanwezig)
- API Design en OpenAPI standard
- Angular kennis is een pluspunt (kennis opdoen is een must indien niet aanwezig)
- SOLID/YAGNI/DRY principles
- Ports & Adapters architecture
- Basis network kennis
- Database design en SQL
- Agile/Lean mindset
- Kennis van agile methodologiën/Frameworks zoals SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe zijn een pluspunt
- JIRA/Confluence
- Kennis van document management systemen zoals Quickfile, Filenet, Documentum zijn een pluspunt.
- Kennis van IT4IT tools zoals Atlassian stack (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, crowd) zijn een pluspunt
- Vloeiend in 1 van de 2 landstalen en Engels
- Goede analytische skills (Communicatie, Creatief, kritisch denken, Data analyse, research)
- Problem solving skills
- Leergierig
- Toont initiatief en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op
