**Accounting Specialist

- **Language**:High proficiency level in English language
Working knowledge of French is an asset
**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- Completed university studies of 4 years in a relevant domain or 3 years with at least 4 years working experience
- Particular knowledge and experience of IFRS
- Particular knowledge of accounting in international organisations
- Proficiency in financial accounting (e.g. Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Fixed Assets, Forecasting of depreciation)
- Substantial experience (minimum 3 years) as an Accountant
- Broad experience in various businesses
- Domains of expertise
ü Fixed Asset/Accounts Payable (AP)/Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger/ Payroll reconciliation, Cash Management
ü Being a certified accountant is desirable
**DUTIES/ROLE**:
- Providing support to the AFC Unit
- Providing support in the AP and AR activities
- Providing support in the monthly and annual financial closure
- Provide support in the preparation of financial analysis and process revision
- Providing support in the payroll accounting, reconciliation in coordination with HR team
- Providing support in drawing up financial statements
