**As a Receptionist, what will you be doing**:

- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Support the cleaners team in their daily tasks as a real cleaner team member

**Description du profil
**What are we looking for**:

- You have proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- You have a good knowledge of the hotel operations
- You have a high degree of autonomy and adapt quickly to any situation
- You master office tools, including Pack Office
- You are fluent French and English speaking
