**Robert Half** **Talent Solutions** is currently looking for a **Business Controller **for a permanent position based in the Brussels' surroundings.
Our client is a fast growing company active in the **logistic sector**.
As **Business Controller **you will be **responsible** for:
- You report to head of controlling and work closely together with finance community, other controllers and operational management;
- You are business (financial) partner for 1 or more business units (operations) and participate to the month end closing;
- You analyze in depth the financials and ensures the globally defined controlling processes;
- You drive the monthly forecasting processes and yearly budget process;
- You make pro-active recommendations for continuous improvements and process optimization;
- You participate business meeting with operational teams and management to improve performances and safeguarding target objectives.
The required **profile** for the **Business Controller **position:
- Very good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills;
- You have experience in controlling (2-5 years);
- Self-starter and can-do mentality and able to work autonomously;
- adapt easily to a company culture;
- Proactive and able to work under pressure;
- Assertive, persistent and able to challenge. But also able to build a good and interactive working relationship;
- Team player;
- Degree with focus on Finance or equivalent qualification;
- Additional experience in Operations and Customer Service preferred;
- Speaks Dutch, French and English;
- Excellent Excel knowledge.
