- Voor het filiaal van Equans **in Genk **zijn wij op zoek naar een Resource Planner.

Als ‘Resource Planner’ ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle plannings
- en dispatch gerelateerde activiteiten: onderaannemers, registratie van gepresteerde uren, certificaten, mobiliteit, utilitaire voertuigenIn samenspraak met het management en andere supportdiensten zorg je voor een efficiënte personeelsplanning (zowel eigen als extern personeel)

**Concreet**:

- behoefte aan personeel definiëren en invullen, gebruikmakend van de bestaande beheersinstrumenten (SAP)
- optimaliseren van de mobiliteit, rekening houdend met de verschillende statuten
- ingave en opvolgen van de prestaties en premies van eigen personeel
- opvolgen van eigen personeel: certificaten, medische onderzoeken
- opvolgen van de onderaannemers: selectie, evaluatie, gepresteerde uren, facturatie
- opvolgen van utilitaire voertuigen i.s.m. de Fleet organisatie

**Zijn we een ‘match’?**
- je hebt minimum een bachelor-diploma of gelijkwaardig door relevante dispatching ervaring
- een IT-achtergrond is zeker een troef
- je hebt affiniteiten met techniek
- je hebt uitstekende kennis van Office 365 tools Excel & Access om rapporteringen en analyse op te maken
- je bent een vlotte communicator (met verschillende gesprekspartners)
- je werkt zelfstandig
- je bent stressbestendig en nauwkeurig
- je spreekt vlot Nederlands met kennis van Frans en Engels

De Divisie **Industry North **is gebaseerd op 2 technische pijlers:

- Piping & Mechanical
- Electrical & Instrumentation

De Divisie werkt vanuit 3 filialen verspreid in Vlaanderen. Deze zijn gelokaliseerd te Genk, Zwijndrecht en Desteldonk.
