**Functie**:
Als Product Manager beheer je jouw productportfolio en coördineer je productontwikkelingen binnen hun verkooporganisaties in zowel België als Nederland, met een focus op België. Je zorgt voor de juiste vertaling naar de interne organisatie.
Het doel? Een productenportfolio beheren dat aansluit op de wensen van de markt op het gebied van een gezond, comfortabel en duurzaam binnenklimaat.
Naast het beheren van een eigen portfolio werk je samen met en ondersteun je jouw directe collega's binnen strategische projecten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor technische en commerciële product gerelateerde vraagstukken en levert content aan voor technische brochures, handleidingen en je zorgt voor actuele productinformatie op de website.
Concreet:
- Je verzamelt en analyseert behoeftegegevens (marktcijfers, concurrentie, markttrends ) van de markt in nauwe samenwerking met sales
- en aftersales en vertaalt dit in oplossingen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het eigen assortimentsbeheer, instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom van producten.
- Je treedt op als vertegenwoordiger van België en Nederland binnen de internationale ontwikkeltrajecten voor nieuwe oplossingen om de aansluiting bij de lokale markt zo goed mogelijk te waarborgen.
- Je verzekert de informatiedoorstroming op vlak van nieuw ontwikkelde producten/systemen vanuit de groep naar de betreffende collega’s teneinde hun productkennis up-to-date te houden en mogelijke opleidingen hieromtrent te detecteren.
- Je zorgt voor commerciële en technische fiches, handleidingen, beheer en ontwikkeling van berekeningsprogramma’s.
- Je werkt samen met de marketingcollega's productintroducties en campagnes uit om de positioneringsdoelen te behalen.
- Binnen de afdeling PM ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de interne (3e
- lijns) technische en commerciële product gerelateerde vraagstukken

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
- Je hebt** Bachelor** in ventilatie of energie met een commerciële insteek of een niet technische Bachelor met een sterke technische affiniteit
- Het hebben van Ervaring is een **voordeel**, maar **schoolverlaters** met een bachelor of master zijn ook meer dan welkom
- Je hebt** Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden** in het **Nederlands**, **Engels** en **Frans**:
- Je bent vaardig in het **analyseren** van marktgegevens en het **vertalen** van deze marktgegevens of problemen naar oplossingen
- Je bent ook in staat om **productintroducties en campagnes uit te werken** in samenwerking met de collega's van de marketingafdeling
- Verder ben je communicatief vaardig omdat collega's met hun vragen tot bij jou zullen komen en ben je in staat deze in vragen in mensentaal te beantwoorden
