**YOUR ROLE**:
- On assessment days, you act as an assessor at the client's office.
- You participate in assessment centers together with co-assessors, with whom you collaborate and evaluate in groups.
- You conduct competency-based interviews and participate in role plays.
- You proactively propose improvements to the selection process where possible.
- You provide feedback at the end of the selection day. You don't have to write lengthy reports. The focus is purely on the selection.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- You have relevant experience as an assessor.
- You have a solid experience with PAPI tests.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French.
