**About the Role**:
Joining our esteemed education team in Belgium, we are seeking a dynamic Lead Trainer for Clinique, Darphin, Origins & Bumble and bumble for the Belux region. As a Lead Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in training and empowering our staff, as well as beauty advisors, in key product categories and hero offerings. Your primary focus will be to ensure the seamless execution of our brand DNA within retail environments, fostering brilliant brand experiences.
**Responsibilities of the Lead Trainer Clinique, Darphin, Origins & Bumble and bumble**:
- Develop and implement cutting-edge hybrid education programs tailored for key retailers.
- Create and deliver immersive classroom and in-store coaching programs for both counter staff and generic staff.
- Craft engaging branded content for Social Media, such as captivating how-to videos and captivating live streams.
- Adapt & create Global trainings to fit pharma & generic staff audiences.
- Secure an e-learning mindset first
**What does this mean exactly?**:
- Collaborate with the EMEA brand education teams to adapt international programs to local needs, ensuring relevance and impact.
- Execute customized programs in collaboration with retailers and affiliates, whether through in-store activations or digital channels.
- Cultivate strong relationships with retailer counterparts, sales partners and local brand teams, establishing fruitful partnerships and a unity spirit.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive multi-branded education calendar in collaboration with the team, guaranteeing aligned trainings for all staff.
- Monitor sales performance and identify training needs within the sales team, driving continuous improvement.
- You thrive on presenting for big audiences both in the classroom and on stage in Belgium & Luxemburg.

- Extensive beauty/pharma industry experience with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- Exceptional coaching, teaching, and development skills to inspire and uplift others.
- Strong presentation skills, both in person and on camera, delivering clear and captivating messages.
- Ability to identify development needs and enhance capabilities in others.
- Skilled at forging alliances and fostering collaborative relationships internally and externally.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts at managing multiple demands and shifting priorities.
- Embraces feedback, seeks continuous learning, and demonstrates a drive for personal growth.
- Effective in matrix team environments, fostering seamless collaboration across stakeholders.
- Proficient in leveraging Social Media for compelling content creation.
